Does anyone still read this? I highly doubt it. To be honest even I don't drop by here often anymore. Everyone's busy with their college lives now I guess. More so for the Taylor's people who have got their AS coming up. And university applications, to UK, US, Australia, etc.
Just wanted to let you guys know that I really miss all of you. I was just watching the video which Min Yi took where Jen was pulling the belt around Eric's neck, that's a pretty famous video on Facebook isn't it. And gosh did I feel nostalgic! 5C was one of the most united classes in the Form 5 batch of 2010 and I'm really proud of us for that. I quote the Three Musketeers, "all for one and one for all". We were also really lucky to have Mr Balan and Miss Teng as our homeroom teachers in Form 4 and Form 5 respectively, even though Miss Teng was a wee bit annoying it was, in the end, for our own good. Apparently we had the most number of As in science subjects for SPM last year, and I have a sneaky suspicion that we've got the most Bio As. Admit it, as much as you all didn't like her, with all the extra lessons during homeroom period and all, Miss Teng is a really good teacher. To be honest I don't understand why you all didn't like her, I was okay with her.
I can't believe this! It has almost been a year since we have done SPM, almost a year since we left Form 5. Form 5 was a really tiring and stressful year, and I'm glad I got to go through it with you guys. I look forward to going to school everyday just so that I can see my lovely bunch of classmates who never fail to keep me entertained, with the chao si mei and she male jokes and all. I was also really lucky to have got a real good seat last year, for I was surrounded by people like Jen, Eric, Dhivya, Jen-Li, Yuan Sing, Khye Ern, Sheeks, etc and I find myself laughing my arse off almost everyday ('almost' is because these bunch of people are also famous ponteng-ers, and most of the time it's cos they are CC-ing at Pudu or something). We had really wonderful and responsible monitors Kenneth and Rong, and we had really good teachers last year as well, I guess. Come on, don't tell me you all didn't think that Madam Haslina is one of the coolest Chemistry teacher around. Mr Chin, was, well, he's good too, just that you have to put a wee bit more effort if you wanna pay attention in class. Miss Leong is the best Add Math teacher around, despite her constant moodswings I really like her. I've never had Madam Sarah, but I've heard that she isn't too bad herself so yeah.
So yeah, I miss all of you. You guys are the best. :) Just wanted to let you all know that on another side of the world, there is someone who is constantly thinking of you guys. :)

No not really. As a whole, I think we pwnd the rest :]

1)You know the feeling when results get announced over the microphone, loud enough for the whole school to hear, coincidentally during break time, where tons of busybody juniors come prying around just to see who they can laugh at, and they are going on a descending streak, announcing only the highest results first, and name after name you close your eyes hoping to hear a single syllable of your name being called, only to have it skipped right to the next person, you keep telling yourself this won't change anything - the worrying, it's been done, three months ago, and this is the fruit you reap from the seed you once sowed, but deep down, you can't help but worrying.

2)What if you dragged WMS academic history down six feet? What if you were the cause that people now refer to WMS as the preppy school for only dumb people? WHAT IF?

First of all, I wanna wish you guys Merry Christmas! Even though it's still Christmas Eve here. Sucks being 8 hours behind everyone.

I just wanna thank you guys for the wonderful two years I had with all of you! I will really miss you guys. 4C and 5C were definitely one of the best times of my high school life. Thank you so much for everything, take care and have tons of fun in college alright. =)

my moral is not vry gud, n i heard dat the technique taught in our skul cnt be used for SPM(nt sure).So, this is a reference for us n hope it helps!

In this post, I will talk about how to answer SPM Pendidikan Moral Section A in much more detail.

Paper 1 Section A:
Structure Questions
8 Questions
80 Marks of Paper 1
Usually 10 marks for each question.
Questions consist of moral values, definitions and KBKK (That means reasoning or logic.)
So, HOW you can actually score the Paper 1 Section A?

Here is an example taken from SPM Pendidikan Moral 2005 Section 1 Question 1.

One more extra information for you all, starting from SPM 205, for most of the papers in SPM, there will be around 40% or more pictures in each of your question paper.

Berdasarkan gambar di atas:

(a) Nyatakan satu nilai yang dapat diinterpretasikan daripada situasi itu. [1 markah]

(b) Berikan definisi bagi nilai yang telah dinyatakan dalam jawapan di (a). [2 markah]

(c) Nyatakan empat kepentingan amalan di atas. [4 markah]

(d) Namakan tiga aktiviti lain yang boleh diadakan oleh sesebuah keluarga supaya setiap anggotanya dapat berkumpul bersama-sama. [3 markah]

Note that there are questions consist of
moral values - Question (a)
definitions - Question (b)
KBKK - Question (c) and (d)
And when you go through more exam questions, you will know that the marks of each question are the same most of the time.
moral values - 1 mark @ answer
definitions - 2 marks @ answer
KBKK - 1 marks @ answer
From above, you can know that memorizing the definitions and the moral values correctly is important. If you manage to memorize all the moral values and definitions, it will be not too hard to get a Bs’or Cs’ for your Pendidikan Moral.

Let’s look at the question.

At the beginning there, they mentioned Berdasarkan gambar di atas. That means ALL your answer must be relevant with the picture above. And what you can get from the picture is a family having their dinner at Chinese New Year.

So the question (a) asked for ONE moral value that you can get from the picture above.

Always remember,
When they ask ONE, you can give two BUT NOT THREE!
Always place the answer that you most satisfied with in the front.
Always answer in FULL sentences.
So your answer should be:

Nilai mengekalkan tradisi kekeluargaan dan kasih sayang terhadap keluarga diamalkan.

In this kind of case, it is most suitable if you answer only Nilai Berkaitan Dengan Kekeluargaan but not from the others.

Note that if your alternative answers (…kasih sayang terhadap keluarga…) is wrong, you can also get the full mark of the question (1 markah)

In question (b), they want for the definition for the moral value you provided in (a). So don’t go and write something else others than the definition you written on (a) or else you are WRONG!

So your answer should be:

Definisi untuk nilai mengekalkan tradisi kekeluargaan ialah Menerima, menghormati dan mengamalkan sesuatu kebiasaan, adat dan kepercayaan yang diwarisi secara turun-temurun dalam keluarga.Definisi untuk nilai kasih sayang terhadap keluarga ialah perasaan cinta, kasih dan sayang yang mendalam dan berkekalan terhadap keluarga.

This will give you the full mark if the question: 2 markah.

Here we come to question (c). Question c is KBKK question. That means on the marking scheme, there is no definite answer. Your answer will be accepted as well as it makes sense. For KBKK question also, as I said for question (a), you may answer one MORE answer, that means the fifth answer is also accepted if one of your answer in between wrong.

So, this question wants for the importance of the activity in the picture.

You may answer like this:

Hubungan di antara keluarga boleh dieratkan. Ahli keluarga boleh duduk bersama dan mengemukakan masalah yang dihadapi dan menyelesaikan masaah bersama.Selain itu, aktiviti ini juga membolehkan ahli keluarga lebih memahami antara satu sama lain. Generasi akan datang juga tidak melupakan adat ini.

Four of the answers are correct. So this answer will be given full marks of 4. Thus, you are advised to give FIVE answers instead of four.

The last question, question (d), is also a KBKK question.

They asked for THREE other activities that you can do with your family members together.

If I answer like this:

Aktiviti-aktiviti tersebut ialah berkelah, melancong, makan bersama dan gotong-royong.

As you all see, I provided FOUR answers.

But actually got one of my answers is NOT acceptable in the marking scheme that one is makan bersama. This is because they want for OTHER activity (Namakan tiga activiti yang lain...) so the answer is repeating the activity of the picture.

Although I got one answer is wrong, I will be given full marks of 3. This is because I give FOUR answer and the forth answer is correct.

So, always name the maximum (number they want +1)

Sometimes they will also ask some question based on general knowledge.

As an example: (SPM 2005 Section A Question 3(c) )

Apakah perkara yang dilakukan oleh Dato’ Abdul Malik Mydin dan Datuk Azhar Mansor dalam menaikkan imej negara di persada antarabangsa?

You will not able to answer this question if you do not know.

The correct answer will be:

Mereka berenang merentasi selat Inggeris.

And I think question about Akta will be asked this year SPM. So,

you may want to read more about it.

Do more questions or SPM model papers that you can find at bookshop or ask from your teacher. Remember, practice makes perfect.

U.N. Food Testing

Hey guys, yesterday me(kit), foo were at shi khai's house testing the food for U.N. so heres what happen..
Sorry ah, no picture cause phone no battery at the time -.-"

kk firstly we went out to the supermarket in sri petaling there to buy ingredients and i saw the most amusing thing.. the basket is drag one not carry one.. got wheel can pull and its a BASKET not a trolley. So we bought 3 LUMPS of butter but i dropped one so it kinda went splat...... 5 lumps of cheese, 3 types of mushroom but we gonna use 1 lesser during thursday cause its not really good.. 4 cans of prego tomato, 2 cans of pineapple and a slab of boneless chicken(was kinda icky)and hersey's cocoa powder...

heres what shi khai said :"ehh, why the chicken all different price one?"... he dint know the weight are all different...

total came up to around RM 141.00++

so we then return to his home and soon started work which was quite chaotic cause shi khai is really bad in a kitchen.. will explain why later

First we made the pizza dough, shi khai and foo was making the measurements. But suddenly while foo was checking the recipe again, shi khai was measure 10g of "salt". Then when his maid came in we found out he dint use salt, he used something very fine like flour and it was acctually corn flour -.-" (corn flour is used in curry to make it startchy)... then he kena his maid marah abit... lol

so while they were waiting for their dough, they went and shred the cheese. I was making the tiramisu but it kinda failed cause i beat the egg white by hand and so the cream wasn't stiff and was kinda watery... so after im dont with the tiramisu, the pizza dough was suppose to be done rising BUT it was still sticky and stuff(its suppose to be firm) and so we had the SMARTEST idea ever XD we took out the dough and flour the table and started to knead the dough ourself and it was really..... the texture was like "man tou"... really stretchy and sticky....

later his maid came for the rescue and fix the dough while shi khai invited his neighbours over to play foot ball while me and foo went and watch GLEE!!! after that we rolled the dough out onto the tray and kinda played with it =D i made a ( =) and a star) while shi khai made a ying yang on the dough, later we started to put the topping. Shi Khai placed so much of stuff on his pizza that you couldent see the bottom and somemore the cheese topping covered the toppings also... but it was good XD

anyway so overall, the pizza came out ok but the tiramisu was REALLY sweet and we calculated the cost of the pizza (dint calculate the tiramisu cost though) and it was RM2.36 a slice so we plan to reduce to bout RM1.91 a slice so we can make a profit.

P.S. i plan to take back the cost and only give our profit

Method to remember : Persatuan Bahasa Cina

As of now i am leaving for the airport liao.... most of you would already know that me , Foo and crystal are going japan for 3 weeks ^-^

We went to Shi Khai's house (mansion) today for the class party. We had to fit 8 into a car when we arrived at the LRT station.
Chun Kit, Xiao Juin and Anish were already there when we arrived..

We won Carrom (with 4K - I think)!
Thanks to

We won 4P today, and the best thing is, we were all substitutes.

Creative Model Building wasn't that successful, with only 2 groups with limited pairs of hands.
We were literally racing against time!
anyway, we got 3rd!

The Japanese students from Omi Brotherhood School will be visiting us tomorrow!
